How do we keep it in tip top shape, so that our overall health is not compromised in any way?
The first thing to do is to eat foods rich in antioxidants and avoid processed foods as much as we can. That means plenty of fruits and vegetables, white meat, fish and nuts. In an interesting experiment in which a lot of elderly people participated, those who have always followed a healthier diet as well as those I mentioned above, less wrinkled skin and has enjoyed much better health too.
As you know, collagen and elastin make the skin structure and are responsible for keeping the smooth, elastic and firm. Add to that the hyaluronic acid which is responsible for keeping a glowing and youthful, and we have three essential elements that can fill our skin looks great for a long time to come.
The problem is that the only way that these elements are regenerated and re-grow at a faster pace as we age, to avoid any type of synthetic collagen or hyaluronic acid (HA). No matter where they come, they will not give us the results you want and will not be able to penetrate into the skin because their molecular structure is too dense. It is another thing in mind when we are concerned because of the importance.
The third thing to remember is that we have to choose the ingredients for skin care that are consistent with our skin as possible. Because products with organic and skin friendly ingredients are the best possible way we can keep our skin in great shape. Some of these ingredients are called Phytessence wakame (derived from a special Japanese seaweed) and Cynergy TK that can actually penetrate the skin and kick start your own collagen to grow again.
If you really care about the importance of a healthy skin, why not find our more about how easy and economical it can be done? I have prepared a web page where I reveal what it is, and special ingredients. Check it out!
It's a must to remember those. Thanks a lot.
