We all know how this can be a challenge to lose weight, but it can be even more challenging when our typical family meals include lots of high calorie, fattening foods. It would be much easier to maintain our weight loss program, if we could encourage our families to eat nutritious, healthy food rather than preparing and cooking a separate low-calorie meals sebe.Glavni only problem is that our family does not want to eat healthier, especially if it means compromising the taste and variety.
