Other teas just do not have the same effect, because the way they are processed means that antioxidants do not only exist in the time it reaches your cup.

2 Wear 'Smart' Shoes - A lot of shoes have no support under the arch of the foot and that can throw off your whole attitude, which leads to joint pain and potential long-term problems such as arthritis. This does not mean you have to wear boring shoes! You can still be stylish and wear a pair that is good for you. Look for shoes with some kind of support built as part of the cartridge or buy a separate support insoles and put them in your favorite shoes.

3 Enjoy your exercise - People who exercise can not say that because they do not have time, but often do so because they did not find something they enjoy. Choose something you really want to do and you will find time to do it. If you are running bores you take, say, instead of karate. If you are spiritually inclined by nature, then go to yoga. If you would like to compete and win and then try to squash. If any exercise is good why not choose something that you find fun?

4 sleep well - not everyone needs the proverbial eight hours, but we all need enough sleep. Lack of sleep can affect memory, cognitive function, learning, metabolism and immune function. However busy your life, going to bed an hour earlier could really boost your health.

5 Have a laugh - the old adage, "Laughter is the best medicine" may be true. Laughter releases endorphins which are natural pain relievers, increases your feeling of well being and can boost your immune system by increasing antibody production. It also reduces stress, relaxes muscles and reduces blood pressure. Whatever you funny, to look for.

6 MOTYou Are not wait until your car breaks down before you take it to a garage, so why wait until you're sick before you get some medical advice?
