Cheese is one of my favorite foods. Certainly there are reasons that I thought about it to give up (cruelty to animals at the farm as one of those reasons), but in the end I always returned to eat cheese because it taste so good. Cheese has been involved in so many different recipes and it seems almost every meal taste just a little bit better. But it's not bad for you? Not at all. In fact, cheese is the surprising number of health benefits. Of course, you always want to eat fatty foods like cheese in moderation, but it's nice to know that eating this great ingredient can actually be good for you.

First Cheese is great for your teeth. Cheese is a food that is rich in calcium. Calcium is something that you need, if you have good, strong teeth. Cheese has been shown to reduce plaque and stimulate saliva, which helps keep the mouth clean. If you fear going to the dentist, because I do not want to hear that your teeth are getting bad then you might want to think about how cheese can help you! (Of course, you still need to brush and floss!)
