......This is probably not likely for anyone to go the minimum route to all four 'sins'. I say indulge in a reasonable manner in two of the four that most appeals, the absolute minimum to the other two. Personally I have over the sugar alcohol products, salt, more fat, so I have a relatively large high alcohol, high salt diet, but I'm almost eliminates fat and sugar. Life is too short to try to nutritional perfection if you are satisfied with minimal sugar, fats, alcohol and salt consumption. You have to strike a balance between what you like, and what is good for you.
...Exercise: Experts suggest that everyone get at least half an hour of mild exercise / day. It's real simple, if you like walking, cycling, swimming, golf, or a host of other physical activities. On the other hand, I've never seen a runner smile while running!
