Living Healthy in a Toxic World



With so much information around, it's hard to know what is truth and what is not. It is difficult to know whether people are trying to sell us on the product or if they truly care about our health. One thing that is certain is that the world we live in, unfortunately, more and more toxic everyday. Most farmers in the U.S. and many large companies care more about making money then you do not about our health. Dr. Colbert says in his book "The seven pillars of health" which has about 80,000 chemicals registered in the U.S. that are used in food, prescription and OTC drugs, supplements, household products, personal products, and lawn care products.

Because there are so many chemicals around us, it is important to at least try to eliminate some of these toxins, so that we can live healthy in this toxic world. Chemicals going into our body through inhalation, the program on our skin or consume it in food, beverage or supplement form. Here are some tips on how to avoid toxins, although you can not avoid them entirely:
