Top Ten Summer Health and Fitness Tips!

Summer is fast approaching, so here are our top ten list for this summer, making your fitness and healthiest yet!

1 Set a goal. You could run 5k or lose a stone. Then break your goal down into smaller pieces, such as a weekly training plan and weekly weight loss goal. Write down your goals and objectives down and put them somewhere you can see every day as a reminder to get going.

2 Share your goal with friends and family, you can even go one step further after your goal on Facebook. It will make you accountable for your actions and you are more likely to drop.

3 Join a club or fitness class. There are many free or community fitness clubs or classes in your town, where like-minded people that are hanging and getting fit. If you mix with people who are trying to achieve the same goal as you'll automatically have a new support network and make new friends and potential business acquaintances.

4 Plan your meals. It will not go on vacation without work, where you were going to stay, how they are going to get to their destination, and what currency you should take. A good diet plan is different. Plan what you eat for breakfast, lunch and tea, then do what you have snacks and bag them all up and take them to work with you. We like to eat nuts that are easy to put into a bag and put food in your top drawer of his desk. This will help you to stay away from slot machines at a time when food cravings.

5 Drink water, and then something more, something more! Your body is composed of 70% water so if you dehydrate the body will not work properly, and you'll begin to feel lethargic and run down. Take a 1 liter bottle of water to work with you and sip continuously throughout the day.

6 Get some fresh air. How many of you suffer from 15:00 of the energy crisis? During the lunch break to get outside for 20 minutes the fresh air and oxygen. 7.Ditch energy vampires! If you are surrounded by negative people, then eventually you will drain your energy and make you feel down, tired and negative self. Studies have shown that tend to be the behavior of 5 people in your life that you spend the most time with, then make sure those individuals are positive, ambitious, confident and happy people.

8 Try new activities. Whether its hiking, biking or Zumba. Do something once a week that takes you beyond your comfort zone and challenge your mind and your body. If you feel self conscious about trying new things themselves then be friends with him.

9 Take time to relax. In our busy lives there is very little time to actually relax and chill out, and watching the soaps do not count! Join a yoga or pilates group, lie on the bed and some music or read a book. Doing something you enjoy and is purely up to you.

10 Get plenty of sleep. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of a healthy body, without it the body can not function properly and begin to feel run down. Do not go to bed shortly after watching the TV, try to leave 30 minutes before turning the television off and go to bed because your brain continues to process images and information that has just seen. Make sure your bedroom is dark and not too hot, so the body can completely relax.
