Try to be more aware of what you eat, and make it a habit to look at the nutrition facts so that you know what you are putting into your body. Also, add fruits and vegetables to your diet because these foods are full of vitamins and minerals that keep your body healthy. If you are not inclined to eat vegetables, such as, why not try to eat a salad as an appetizer before dinner? This is a great way to start eating fruits and vegetables and include them in your diet.
