Prepare yourself for allergy season

If you do not want to be stuck using an anti-histamines all spring, consider some natural therapies. For example, some allergies related to certain foods - eliminating these foods, even hay fever can be eliminated. Cleaning, especially Candida, liver and colon cleanses can also be very effective for allergy relief, such as Homeopathics.

Consider Becoming Early Bird

Research has shown that people who wake up earlier are healthier than night owls who completely miss the morning light.
